Jamie Elzea, MSW, MPH, LICSW, IMH-E®
Owner, Principal, Therapist
Jamie brings a unique background to supporting individuals, professionals and organizations.
As a licensed clinical social worker, she has been providing counseling services since 2009, supporting clients as a research therapist, university mental health center practitioner, and private practice therapist serving clients in college, during perinatal & parenting years, those living with a chronic health condition, and seeking health behavior change. Jamie is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health, and Mindful self-compassion based approaches and is a trained Listening Mothers and Finding C.A.L.M. parent group facilitator.
Leading a statewide workforce development organization, Jamie supported professional development of direct service providers, supervisors, and administrators through Reflective Supervision Consultation (RSC) and professional trainings.
As a seasoned non-profit Executive Director, she has supported boards, program staff, and volunteers in strategic planning, organizational infrastructure building, fundraising, community outreach, and service delivery. She has led coalition building around workforce development and social service policy development.
