Wayfinder Women's Circle
This 6-month program deeply explores the challenges and opportunities of self-discovery in a community of women in their own journeys of relationships, family, ambitions, duties, disappointments, hopes and desires. Within a framework of mindful self-compassion, there will be a space to define for yourself what you need to tend to in yourself to stretch and grow and honor your needs towards creating a life in which your best self can thrive.
This group meets twice monthly for 2 hours with monthly reflection exercises to dig deeper in exploration of self with a community story sharing space to build community with your circle between our meetings together.
Wayfinder Circle Themes:

Centers of Wisdom: Head, Heart, and Body-Building a practice of observation, reflection, attunement to our thoughts, emotions and physical experiences

Strengths and Saboteurs: Understanding the ways you show up with others, for yourself, in your actions that helps or hinders you

Values and Vision: Exploring core values that matter most to you and shape the vision for the life you want to create

Wounds and Armor: Understanding the ways you have been hurt (in both obvious and more nuanced ways), the ways you protect yourself as a result, and where armor may get in the way of full engagement in relationships and fulfilling a values centered life

Roles and Identity: How our roles in family, work, community, relationships shape our worldview and bring us comfort or challenges; digging deeper into true identity beyond the roles we serve

Joy and Gratitude: Exploring what sparks joy for you, how to build and protect more space for connection to joy, and the power of gratitude

Belonging: Understanding the roots of this human need, honoring the craving for connection and exploration of how to deepen or expand meaningful connections in our loves

Authenticity and Storytelling: Exploration of the the stories we create & their function and the ways stories can hide or free us

Action & Thriving: Stepping into the beautiful life you envision, even in the messiest times, how action begets action

Listening Mothers
The Listening Mothers™ class offers a unique opportunity for mothers of babies to discover the joys of parenting. Our science based curriculum will help you turn the present moment into a positive moment!
This group offers a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn mindful-based skills to help reduce stress, enhance strong bonds, explore mindful self-compassion and encourage balance.
Finding Calm meets weekly for six weeks. The fee for an individual is $195.

Strengthening bonds through the path of self-kindness
Finding Calm (Curiosity, Acceptance, Love and Mindfulness) is a 6 week virtual mindful self-compassion parenting group for parents of children ages 6 months-teens created by Community of Mindful Parenting.
This group offers a unique opportunity for parents and caregivers to learn mindful-based skills to help reduce stress, enhance strong bonds, explore mindful self-compassion and encourage balance.
Finding Calm meets weekly for six weeks. The fee for an individual is $195. Discounted rate of $295 available for couples.
